Switched seats
We were excited for the show as this was our first time to see an event at the Chase Center. After waiting in one line, we were told to go in a different line as our seats were not available anymore when we got there. They informed us that they are upgrading our seats due to an obstruction in the view of the seats we purchased. Upon arriving at our seats, we realized we were basically behind the stage and couldn鈥檛 even see a video screen to help. The most disappointing part was that they gave us 3 seats together and 1 single seat two rows away, so I didn鈥檛 even get to sit with my family.
